Design everything before you go live. Fire it with one press when you are.

The Media Studio is where your show gets its look — a stream graphics editor built into VisionMixer for Mac. Stage titles, overlays, clips and custom stinger transitions on a real canvas, save each one as a cue, and fire instant broadcast graphics from the Show Deck while the show runs.

From canvas to on-air, in three steps

1

Stage it

Open any asset on a real canvas and design it with the same tools the live mixer uses. Position, key, trim and style it — no guessing about how it'll look on air.

2

Cue it

One click turns the staged design into a tile on your deck — cue-based graphics, ready to fire exactly as you built them.

3

Fire it

Press the tile mid-show. The graphic animates in, holds as long as it should, and animates out. One press, no scrambling.

A real stage, not a settings form

Design where you can see what you're doing

Every asset in your library — clips, images, overlays, text, 3D titles — gets prepped on a canvas, not in a sidebar of sliders. Drag and resize, key with chroma or AI person segmentation, then dial in crop, rounded corners, borders, glow and masking until it looks right. Clip trimming is built in. What you stage is exactly what fires. And when the library needs something new, the Studio's Create tab generates overlays, images, video and audio with AI.

  • Drag, resize, crop, corner, border, glow and mask — live on the canvas
  • Chroma key or AI person segmentation, no green screen required
  • Trim clips right where you stage them

The Transition Builder

Custom stinger transitions, keyframe by keyframe

Build multi-layer stingers on the same stage: each layer moves through keyframed stages — pop in, hold, fly out — while a timeline scrubber shows you exactly where everything is. Add a hold point and a lower third parks on screen until you dismiss it. Give the transition its own sound, with its own timing and fades. Start from a canned preset, or from nothing at all. Then use it as your TAKE transition so every cut wears your look, or fire it straight over program.

  • Keyframed stages per layer: pop in, hold, fly out
  • Hold points park lower thirds until you dismiss them
  • Per-transition sound with its own timing and fades

Fire it from anywhere

One deck runs the whole show

The Show Deck is your live show control deck: a tile grid for scenes, cues, sounds, faders and transitions, all in one place. Fire tiles with a click, with global hotkeys, from a floating mini panel that stays out of the way — or from your phone, acting as a wireless remote. Instant-fire broadcast graphics, from whichever surface is closest to your hand.

Studio questions, answered

What's a cue?

A cue is a design you staged in the Studio, saved as an instant-fire tile on the Show Deck. Press it during the show and the graphic animates in, holds as long as it should, and animates out — exactly as you built it.

Can transitions have sound?

Yes. Each transition can carry its own sound, with its own timing and fades, so the audio lands exactly where you put it in the animation. Use the transition as your TAKE transition or fire it straight over program.

Can I import my OBS scenes?

Yes — VisionMixer includes an OBS scene importer that brings your scenes over, so you don't start from zero.

Do I need design skills?

No. Canned presets and quick starters give you something moving in seconds, and the Studio's Create tab generates overlays, images, video and audio with AI. The blank canvas is optional.

Can I run the show from my phone?

Yes. The Show Deck has a web remote you can open on your phone, plus global hotkeys and a floating mini panel on your Mac — fire cues from whichever is closest to your hand.
